Overview Executive Assistant and Office Manager Support is a professional role that provides administrative and operational support to executive-level personnel and office management. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detailed Job Description The Executive Assistant and Office Manager Support is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to executive-level personnel and office management. This includes providing assistance with scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant and Office Manager Support will also be responsible for managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, as well as providing customer service and support to office personnel. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of office management procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
