Overview Executive Assistant Level II is a professional position responsible for providing administrative support to executive-level staff. This position requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads. The Executive Assistant Level II is expected to be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Executive Assistant Level II is responsible for providing administrative support to executive-level staff. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant Level II is also responsible for providing general office support, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry. Additionally, the Executive Assistant Level II may be responsible for researching and preparing presentations, as well as providing support for special projects. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
