Detailed Job Description The Executive Assistant Level II is responsible for providing administrative support to executive-level staff. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant Level II is also responsible for providing general office support, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry. Additionally, the Executive Assistant Level II may be responsible for researching and preparing presentations, as well as providing support for special projects. Job Skills Required
