Experience with CRM & Event Management platforms such as CVENT, Salesforce, Speakcore is desired.

Deliver excellent customer experience for clinicians and ensure strong communication with internal stakeholders, resulting in above benchmark customer feedback.

Generate regular reporting and dashboards to track educational event activity and effectiveness.

Balance simultaneous projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Provide regular updates on donor profiles, databases (e.g. contacts management) and donor intelligence.

Monitor emerging issues that could affect partnerships and resource contributions at the national or regional levels (risk management).

Proven leadership abilities to engage partners internally and manage change, and to engage external partners;

Develop, manage and coordinate relationships with key partners.

Manage the development and implementation of differentiated, donor fund-raising strategies, aligned and coordinated with country-level activities initiatives and outreach activities;

Contribute to the development of knowledge products and mechanisms to effectively position UN Women in Sudan.

Previous work experience in an NGO with at least 2 years of staff management experience, highly preferred.

Strong organizational skills and work experience in virtual technology and media systems preferred.
