Solid organization skills and basic project management experience

Embedding the VCCP relationship with the Media agency

Advising on the Media and Comms plans for the US markets

Assist in researching and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all aspects of travel are being coordinated effectively

Strong project management skills to achieve design target timelines

Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, continually evolving environment

Support distribution of new educational programs, tools and systems

Support Social and Digital Education projects

Collaborate with PO manager for Active Cosmetics ensuring timely completion of purchase orders for sales and training

Passion, interest and knowledge of the cosmetic/skincare industry

Track and manage finances using appropriate software and keep records current.

Better than basic math skills.

Excellent writing skills with ability to be concise with developed grammar skills.

This position is eligible for some remote, hybrid work-from-home options.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Event scheduling tasks include managing department calendar of events, scheduling spaces for internal and external requests, and maintaining contact lists.

Enjoys working with people & providing excellent customer service.

Able to be on time or early for every single meeting - this is critical.

Able to stand on your feet for many hours at a time.

Able to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds by yourself

PowerPoint skills is a plus.

3 years practical conference planning experience

Although its not required, they are seeking someone who has worked in the medical device industry.

Travel to attend conferences (ADA/ADCES)
