Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

General forklift operator and crane operations and basic material handling

Assuring sufficient supply of goods/inventory control

Preparing orders to be shipped

Returning unused material to inventory

Managing space by consolidating material

6-8 years directly related experience in event planning and management; healthcare industry a plus

Performs other duties as requested by senior management.

Past managerial experience (at least one direct report)

Works to develop event ideas for both online and offline, and has experience managing, producing, and promoting online event opportunities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Superior critical thinking and analytic skills

3 months of experience in a customer service or similar role

Experience with food preparation is helpful but not required

Build awareness of Boar’s Head Brand premium delicatessen products by engaging consumers through product sampling

Actively promote Boar’s Head Brand products by educating consumers on flavor, nutritional information, and complimentary products

Possess a positive, energetic, and serving attitude

Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Craft audience-centric messaging and materials that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition (experience writing SalesLoft/Outreach emails a plus)

4+ years webinar, field marketing, and/or event experience

Experience managing and delivering pre-, during, and post-webinar/event plans to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue

Previous experience with SaaS and/or healthcare

Experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Pardot, Bizzabo, GoToWebinar, Microsoft Suite
