Master’s Degree with five years of experience in a field related to international development

Strong analytical and quantitative skills demonstrated.

Experience with STATA, R, or other statistical software package.

Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex programming concepts into clear, concise written documents and oral presentations required.

Source or summarize and package key existing evidence related to the Agency Learning Agenda to advise Missions and other Operating Units

Experience overseeing and setting the strategic direction for an organization’s investigations, audits and/or evaluations that promote compliance with transportation-related safety requirements.

Builds, maintains and manages and intervention staff trained in helping managers resolve workplace conflicts.

Serves as the principal FAA reviewing authority on safety-related disclosures and certain other audits and evaluations.

Coordinates and independently evaluates the quality of certain investigations.

Develops and submits the FAA Annual Report to Congress summarizing the work the office initiated regarding critical aviation safety activities.

Directs office operations to continually improve core processes, levels of service and responsiveness.

Working knowledge of Safety Management Systems; including hazard identification, safety risk assessment, safety mitigation, and safety assurance

4 year degree in Aviation Management

3 years of experience in statistical analysis, data analysis, or related working experience.

Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills

Utilize available applications/tools to develop ad hoc and/or scheduled compliance reporting for distribution across all Stations and Operational Departments

Identify performance indicators and data trends for presentation in periodic dashboards and scheduled meetings
