Required Qualifications, Experience and skills:

Support the development of IES knowledge products and materials and their dissemination as required.

A minimum of 4 years professional experience in qualitative/quantitative data collection and analysis, programme or corporate evaluation required.

Understanding of the UN system or experience working with an international organization an asset.

Demonstrated experience in the areas of gender equality and women’s empowerment, gender mainstreaming, gender analysis, and gender-responsive evaluation an asset.

Experience supporting or leading evaluation syntheses an asset.

Education quality improvement through the professional development of school managers and teachers as well as school development planning.

Quantitative research experience evaluating large scale international development/or education interventions.

Experience using the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) and Measuring Early Learning and Quality Outcomes (MELQO) tools.

Percent of pre-primary learners with an increase of at least one early learning and development level in early learning skills

Catalyze/EduFinance project documents: work plans, progress reports, Annual Monitoring and Evaluation Learning Plans, business plans, etc.

Catalyze/EduFinance landscape analysis conducted by DevTech

Intermediate knowledge of pertinent medical terminology

Advanced verbal and interpersonal skills
