Overview Evaluation Officers are responsible for assessing the effectiveness of programs, services, and policies. They use a variety of methods to collect and analyze data, and then make recommendations for improvement. Evaluation Officers must be able to communicate their findings to stakeholders and decision makers. Evaluation Officers must be able to communicate their findings to stakeholders and decision makers. Job Qualifications

• Experience in program evaluation, research, or data analysis
• Knowledge of evaluation methods and techniques
• Knowledge of relevant software and databases
• Ability to interpret and analyze data
