Coordinates sampling and field testing with engineers, county inspectors, and contractors during new water line installations.

Generates and maintains vehicle maintenance records and leads monthly safety meeting and generates training records.

Minimum of one year supervisor or team lead experience preferred

Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel required

Review available resources throughout shift, including productivity and call volume reports, to accurately maintain staffing efficiency

Ability to work independently andremotely, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.

Performdata managementandmanipulationtasks to ensure accurate and consistentdata transferbetween systems.

Communicateeffectively with clients to understand theirdatarequirements and provide regular updates on project status.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, finance, or related field is preferred.

Proven experience working withProphet 21and a solid understanding of itsdata structureanddata conversionmethodologies is required.

Intermediate to advanced skills inExcelandSQLare essential.

Experience Required: Less than 1 year

Associate's degree in a related field, or one (1) year of related experience preferred.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
