Park leadership experience in Park Operations, Culinary Operations and Merchandise preferred

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Interest or basic experience in human resources and office management.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand the skills and competencies required for various roles.

Provide administrative support including meeting preparation and file management.

Facilitate the hiring process, conducting background checks and extending offers to qualified candidates.

Help process employee benefits and assist with open enrollment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
