Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• Professional certification in pension plan administration (preferred)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of pension plan documents and regulations
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Knowledge of investment principles and strategies
Job Experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in financial analysis
