Entry Level Materials Management Analyst Jobs

Responsible to track status of supplier communication for engineering changes as proposed by program management

Required experience: 3-5 years of materials experience in automotive or manufacturing

Powerpoint knowledge and QAD MFG and business objects are a plus

Maintains ERP system for all Material functional areas such as Item Master, BOM, ship to locations, and inventory parameters

Creates daily production schedules and ensures production output is recorded and posted into the ERP system

Communicates No Surprise Forms to customers when supply shortages occur.

More than 1 year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.

Maintains and updates information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipients.

Coordinates the flow of limited materials management related information between and among internal and external recipients.

More than 1 year of experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).

More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· Inventory management and demand planning experience desired, specifically in manufacturing environments.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. More advanced data analysis skills strongly preferred.

· Detail-oriented with good organization skills. Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

· Assist Materials Manager with material availability questions and other analyses.

· Experience with MRP or other ERP systems is strongly desired.

1 to 3 years of materials/supply chain experience preferred.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate master data management in BODYARMOR’s systems that align with all material updates.

Review both short-term and long-term material requirements plans to ensure alignment both internally and externally with production plan requirements.

2 years supply chain experience (CPG company preferred) required

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Transact all aspects of Materials Management and Inventory Control functionality using SAP and other computerized management system

Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field

Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents to determine the correct requirements for MM options

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint, etc.; and SAP and MMRS module

Demonstrated knowledge of Master Data and BOM creation practices

Effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple business units

Prepare project work using internal standards, industry practices, and personal experience to ensure a safe design.

Develop and apply piping material classes based on product and project requirements.

Adhere to all Air Product safety requirements, including specifications and standards related to Mechanical Systems.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong written and spoken English interpersonal skills, particularly regarding technical terminology related to piping.

Document and prepare sample testing and observation data using a laptop or tablet device; submit findings accurately to a Project Manager.

Successful completion of related internal safety and technical certifications

Effectively communicate testing and inspection results.

Will be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments.

Ensure that all testing equipment and tools are properly calibrated and maintained.

Maintains quality standards on all projects.
