Entry Level Materials Management Analyst Jobs in Georgia

Responsible to track status of supplier communication for engineering changes as proposed by program management

Required experience: 3-5 years of materials experience in automotive or manufacturing

Powerpoint knowledge and QAD MFG and business objects are a plus

Maintains ERP system for all Material functional areas such as Item Master, BOM, ship to locations, and inventory parameters

Creates daily production schedules and ensures production output is recorded and posted into the ERP system

Communicates No Surprise Forms to customers when supply shortages occur.

· Inventory management and demand planning experience desired, specifically in manufacturing environments.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. More advanced data analysis skills strongly preferred.

· Detail-oriented with good organization skills. Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

· Assist Materials Manager with material availability questions and other analyses.

· Experience with MRP or other ERP systems is strongly desired.

1 to 3 years of materials/supply chain experience preferred.
