Manage compensation evaluation and benefits programs.

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or other relevant field, MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Pay range: $80k-$100k depending on experience level + Bonus eligible (minimum $5k and maximum $7k; holiday bonus of $3k).

Type: Direct Hire with benefits

Manage areas of HR including: employee relations issues, talent development and coaching, and progressive discipline.
