Experience working in an affiliate network setting is a plus.

Perform site visits as needed to ensure program progress and provide technical assistance as needed.

Conversant and passionate about the intersection between program, policy, and advocacy in the area of entrepreneurship development.

Relevant industry or teaching experience that demonstrates competency to teach entrepreneurship courses that emphasize experiential learning.

Thoroughly understand our existing curriculum, covering key aspects of entrepreneurship, including ideation, business planning, marketing strategies, financial management, and pitching.

Supervise Entrepreneurship Education Project Manager Co-op (a single-semester Northeastern student):

Manage Startup Discovery (entrepreneurship 101) programs, middle/high school workshops, and other entrepreneurship engagement activities as planned.

Founder experience is a plus

Demonstrated knowledge of the Maine startup ecosystem, including an understanding of startup and founder needs to start and scale a business

Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date.

You have experience leading complex teams and juggling multiple stakeholders and program responsibilities.

Manage all networks directly engaged in program(s).

Manage all convenings and events related to program(s) while increasing IEC ecosystem reputation.

Lead the program(s), including managing and delegating tasks across the program and program team.
