Enterprise Systems Operator Jobs

Adhere to Empyrean IT Service Management processes (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.)

Familiarity with Linux OS installation, configuration and support, package management, network configuration, job scheduling, etc.

Knowledge and some experience with scripting languages preferred, such as PowerShell

Experience with server imaging, implementation, installation, and support for Microsoft Windows 2012 and 2019 server platforms

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, SanNav, vROPS, Skyline, and LogInsight; knowledge of SNMP and WMI technologies

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required

Proven experience in a pre-sales role

Knowledge of SASE, Prisma Access or SD-WAN architectures and providers

Next Generation Firewall capabilities, configuration, and deployment

Strong communication skills and presentation skills

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Sales Specialists and the local partners

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

One-year related business experience with PC experience preferred

Assists other operators and associates as necessary. Performs special projects.

Restock Date Center supplies and monitor inventory.

Monitors equipment repairs. Cleans equipment and contacts vendors as necessary.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

20+ years experience in application, data and other information technology roles with increasing responsibilities and impact.

5+ years experience architecting, implementing, and operating cloud-based enterprise systems capabilities.

Lead the transformation of CSI’s enterprise systems capabilities in support of our “Accelerating What’s Possible” corporate strategy and operating objectives.

Own the day-to-day support of enterprise systems production capabilities ensuring SLA’s and cost-effective operations.

Experience working in a matrixed, global IT organization with some shared services components.

Expertise in Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes and best practices.
