Minimum 10-15 years of related and direct experience in business program management area with Bachelor’s degree and preferred Masters degree.

Exceptional skills in assessing, summarizing, and presenting business or operational priorities and decision-points for effective, timely and efficient management/executive decision-making.

In-depth knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams, with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Broad business and technical acumen and proven experience working effectively in a matrix organization and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies.

Ability to work with different cross-functional stakeholders to establish and ensure a reliable and productive working relationship. Strong partnering skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with senior leaders.

Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills to influence management; as well as, internal and external partners.

Experience with comprehensive project management; principles, methods, techniques and practices for managing projects of any size or complexity.

Knowledge of project plan development, project control techniques and project management software tools.

Management experience to assess performance and implement measures to improve performance.

Experience with Project Management Tools and technology.

Technical fluency with Oracle/PeopleSoft, CSU Common Management System or equivalent system; Microsoft Office Professional Suite, and Google mail and calendaring programs.

7+ years of experience in customer-facing project management with customer-relationship responsibilities.

Proven leadership/team management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development (Growth Mindset approach).

Leads, manages, and holds the management and their teams accountable.

Demonstrate effective project management and continuous improvement

Establish, implement, and maintain effective Program Management to ensure all deliverables are met and all respective programs/projects are on schedule.

Manage major projects, standardize operations, and integrate major functions of the business.
