Previous data entry experience preferred

Create term and all section and meeting records identified with the student program

Register students for course sections with the program

Understand the degree audit for each program so that potential discrepancies in credit and registered courses can be resolved immediately

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Maintains knowledge of regulations, eligibility, and documentation requirements concerning financial aid, admissions, and registration.

Hires, schedules, and manages student employees who support the day-today operations of the assigned support area.

Three (3) years of general office experience or other applicable experience related to the program, or

One (1) year of the required experience with an associate degree or 60 college credit hours.

Bilingual (English – Spanish). Work experience in Financial Aid, Registration, Admissions, or other university administration.

Greets visitors and helps students, parents/guardians, employees, and other individuals with their routine enrollment-related questions, disseminates and/or explains information.

1. Previous HR or People Analytics experience required.

2. Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools

3. Experience with relational databases, understanding of data query preferred.

4. Experience with HRIS systems required.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Healthcare or related field.

2. Years of relevant experience: 3 years is required.

Navigate the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide accurate and timely replies to families;

Assist families through the application process by answering questions pertaining to enrollment and general school questions regarding educational placement;

Identify ways to improve the enrollment process for an efficient experience for families;

Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience

Knowledge of online student information systems preferred

Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous and efficient manner

1 Customer service, account management or relationship building experience. Preferred

Must possess effective time management skills, sense of urgency and ability to plan and prioritize daily activities

Utilizes critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address and resolve student issues and ensure positive student experience.

1 Previous admissions experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Preferred

Must possess confident telephone presence Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively by meeting quality standards

Essential computer and organizational skills to provide administrative reports

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

· Provide support services to Child Development Service families.

· Assist families with enrollment, including custody, transportation, health, etc., and follow-up with families.

· Provide emergency referral services to potential Child Development Services families.

· Provide transportation to potential Child Development families who need assistance in getting WEST OHIO CAP office.

· Assist with monthly contact of waiting list families by phone or letter.
