8+ years of People Management and Vendor Management experience

5+ years of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management experience

Maintain and enhance a central hub for program management standards, guidelines and tools

Drive continuous improvement of tools and enablers to stay ahead of program management needs

Facilitate events for regular collaboration and information sharing among program management community

MBA or MS in Information Systems Management or Related Technical Field

*PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred

*Support and encourage the development of the engineering and program management team.

*Drive standard work practices for engineering and program management.

*Report on continuous improvement initiatives identified by management as areas of focus.

*Strong independent thinking, organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential

*Lean or six sigma training, experience or certification a plus

Learn project management tools and business processes

MS Project and SharePoint experience a plus

Creating timelines and schedules for various projects

Coordinate with internal teams on workflows for various projects

Clearly communicate tasks, timing, milestones, and budgets to teams

Ability to work 40 hours per week

Previous experience in advertising, program management, or augmented reality

Create documentation and education to drive adoption of best performing creative features.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Run creative split tests to prove out the impact of creative features and variations

Demonstrate best practices by actually creating lenses using our simple web based creation tool, Lens Web Builder

Comfortable with data analysis and statistics

Students graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023
