Emr Clinical Trainer Jobs

Management of multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of coding and requirements for specific codes and modifiers

Exceptional judgment and "people skills."

Performs 30 day and 90-day reviews of clinical skills for new clinical employees.

Assists in training and mentoring new and minimally experienced employees

Remain current on credit hours and JCAHPO certification

Project management experience in EMR changeovers or implementations, with preference given to EPIC expertise (Cerner or McKesson experience also considered).

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Employ effective project management methodologies to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget.

Manage and drive projects related to Document Storage Systems, Blood Bank, Capsule, and Interface Engineering.

Utilize your deep understanding of EMR systems to manage multiple applications, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with healthcare standards.

Experience working with Procurement teams during implementations, addressing legal and compliance aspects.

Must have strong project management and leadership skills

Must have strong time management and organizational skills including attention to detail

Previous education or preceptor experience preferred including classroom-based (in-person and/or virtual), field-based, and/or simulation-based teaching expertise

Ability to influence all levels of management and employees

Execute testing and certification processes for new field employees

Assist with customer-facing educational activities

Manages small to medium-sized projects, and system enhancements impacting data management.

Computer Equipment & Software Skill Requirements:

Manages reporting and requests for ad hoc reports to support sales, implementation, new product development, specials.

Queries data warehouse and internal databases and prepares user-friendly reports according to outlined requirements.

Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Word and Excel

Computer literate with experience in using MS Office Suite, internet, email, and browser-based applications

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Education, or a related field.

Relevant certifications are a plus.

2+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a healthcare setting

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner

Experience in project management preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of managed care preferred
