Experience working with justice-involved individuals in a workforce development context, providing resume assistance and guidance on interviewing and job search skills.

Experience working directly with persons who have severe mental illness, chemical dependency, cognitive disabilities or a dual diagnosis.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and deadlines.

Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience serving individuals in correctional settings such as prisons, jails, or halfway houses.

Reviews incoming resumes/applications and forwards those that meet the minimum requirements to the hiring manager.

Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or Talent Acquisition team during the offer process.

All other assignments provided by management.

Ensures all pre- and post-hiring onboarding requirements and paperwork has been properly submitted and obtained.

Completes and oversees completion of all I-9 and E-Verify requirements timely and accurately.

Prepares all forms of correspondence for both internal and external employees (i.e., change memos, offer letters).

Reviews incoming resumes/applications and forwards those that meet the minimum requirements to the hiring manager.
