Responsible for the relationship management of large and non-profit plans with an asset value typically ranging from 50 to 250 million.

2 or more years of pastoral ministry experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone

Ability to manage time and multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

PC skills including spreadsheet, database query, and word processing.

Experience in the – recruiting, marketing or employer branding.

Experience in using data to tell compelling stories and securing agreement.

Strong interpersonal skills, the gravitas to work effectively with a variety of internal clients and partners of varying levels of seniority.

Excellent research skills- always on top of industry changes and trends.

Partner with the Head of Talent Engagement and business leaders to clearly define our Diageo employee value proposition.

Understand Diageo and what makes it special and identify ways to amplify those attributes.

Minimum age requirement is 18 per contract.

Must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

Accepts Family Connections referred families from FC Supervisor.

Completes client documentation in HRT client database according to contract deadlines.

Attends and completes a minimum of 15 hours of job-related training per FC manual.

Ensures the safety, health, and welfare of staff and clients at all times.

Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Minimum three years direct ministry leadership experience in multisite church platform (preferred)

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with all audiences

Provide strategic leadership for Westwood’s groups, next steps, and volunteer development, specifically focusing on developing holistic and volunteer-led systems

Develop and oversee a comprehensive community-building strategy that connects the church community to one another through groups, events, and other initiatives

Provide strategic development, implementation, and oversight for pathways, content, and programming of the engagement pathway, including content for omni-channel distribution

Connections planning significant influence on NAOU ABP + LRP to maximize business results.

Lead business plan creation and multi-year development roadmap of full owned marketing platform development across portfolio of brands.

Establish Connections unit disciplines, processes, and budget to advance collaborative efforts for greatest communications + business return.

Optimize metric measurement system to advance consumer communications effectiveness

Thought leadership participation with Global Category, cross-OU network, Platform Services teams and beyond.

Will have a proven record of accomplishment of implementing concepts and ideas with creativity and agility successfully across a global organization.

Experience creating and managing internal resources such as internal knowledge articles, training materials, SOPs,etc.

Effectively collaborates with peer managers on projects, holding peers accountable and proactively asks for and acting upon feedback

Utilizes internal tools to manage issues between Support, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, & other internal teams

Completes assigned projects, deliverables, and tasks on time and proactively communicates any changes to both your manager and stakeholders.

Experience handling complex, high-impact escalations in a support environment

Experience independently creating and delivering presentations to audience of all sizes and levels

Be knowledgeable of seating layout, current offers, ticketing methods, customer programs and Station Operations policy & procedure.

Manage incident cases within the company guest database.

Utilize tools to recover guests with current offers, promotions, and travel incentives.

Respond to rail incidents per the Response Center Manager’s instruction on guest movement relative to delays, cancellations, and other service disruptions.

Your verbal and listening skills are excellent and geared towards superior guest satisfaction, in person, via email/chat and over the phone.

You have at least one year experience in a high-traffic and related field, such as hospitality, guest services or transportation.

5+ years of relevant experience (employer brand and social media background preferred).

Strong writing and editing experience.

Knowledge of the entertainment and/or technology industries (preferred).

Owning/devising the communications strategy for Employer Brand (both internally and externally);

Building, producing and launching new campaigns that focus on Netflix’s reputation as a great place to work;

Publishing social posts that drive engagement and channel growth for key audiences; and

Maintain documentation within the IEP program and the Learning Management System that captures and organizes special education timelines and data;

Provide supervision to the special education teacher(s) and assistant managers;

A minimum of 3 years of full-time successful teaching experience in special education

Experience leading/managing a high school Special Education program

Experience implementing a Special Education transition program.

Create and implement a school-to-work transition program for students with disabilities.

Certifying all graduation candidates according to the Texas Education Agency’s and the partner school district’s assessment and curriculum requirements; and

Completing Social Security forms for students who receive benefits;

Previous experience as a school registrar (preferred)

Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft Office and Google products)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Team player with demonstrated leadership skills

Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
