FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

BrandHaven is seeking a talented and collaborative Brand Specialist to join our creative agency. The Brand Specialist is a client-facing member of the BrandHaven team who is responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing projects and cross-functional teams as assigned, and operational best practices.


Reporting to the Brand Director, they will be a key point of contact with clients for agency projects as well as managing project details behind the scenes. The Brand Specialist ensures all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Brand, Strategy, and Creative teams to actively manage schedules, meetings, budgets, and client communications
  • Prepare and own timelines, budgets, meetings, and scopes for a range of agency projects – utilizing tools such as Monday.com, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc…
  • Define, manage, and mitigate risks on projects by taking a proactive approach and solving issues before they come up or managing as they arise
  • Manage internal and external resources for each project
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of integrated tactics, solving for issues within the project parameters with creative solutions
  • Manage all communication between the client and the project team to ensure smooth collaboration, effective idea generation, and timely delivery of all client deliverables


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure both clients and team members are informed and projects run smoothly
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects and deliver high-quality results
  • Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and take initiative with a "get the job done" attitude
  • Effective planning, organization, and time management skills
