Previous experience in HR/ER preferred
Coordinates information with other ER team members to ensure compliance with federal state and local requirements
Assists with coordination and delivery of training for managers

They also provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary action, grievances, and labor relations. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
