The Employee Communications Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective communication plans that engage and inform employees. The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating and managing content for internal communications channels, including intranet, email, and other digital platforms. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, focus groups, and town hall meetings.
