Proven efficacy in time management while managing multiple engagements and competing priorities

Create or customize professional development experiences, as needed

Facilitate district-wide professional development sessions (in person and remote), as needed, for leaders and teachers

Passionate about science and deep knowledge of three-dimensional learning

Experience leading sustained coaching engagements and professional development for educators in K-5 or 6-8

5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 science teaching experience, leading to demonstrable results for students

2 + year experience mentoring and/or coaching teachers and/or leaders

Strong depth of knowledge in Math, Science, Literacy, and/or Humanities Content

Bachelor’s degree – Master’s preferred

Tech Savvy with proficiency in Microsoft, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Zoom

Conduct consistent observations of instruction by studying recordings of instructors’ sessions and plan and prepare targeted feedback.

Provide continual guidance and development via ongoing weekly individual coaching sessions with instructors.

Excellent communication, project management, and time-management skills.

Lead small product management projects to support design, development and launch of products.

In partnership with Product Management and Engineering and Design, participate in curriculum feature development.

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Develop and support internal processes/strategies that build internal knowledge of our curricular products and ensure consistency in communication with customers.

Serve as the first point of contact for questions from sales, customer success managers and users.

Demonstrated experience writing or editing phonics instruction or assessment for an educational publisher, vendor, or edtech company

Communicate effectively with in-house Content Lead and Project Manager.

Expert knowledge of early literacy and general ELA instruction

Write or edit phonics assessments and/or lessons according to project guidelines.

Deliver accurate, high-quality content according to schedule.
