Conducting operational due diligence for complex transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, stock offerings, debt raises, and IPOs.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required, along with the ability to seamlessly integrate into teams.

Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting are essential.

Develop and facilitate professional development sessions (in person and remote), as needed, for leaders and teachers.

Collaborate with administrators, specialists, and teachers in a variety of different schools and districts.

Informally observe (non-evaluative) lessons and provide feedback for a teachers professional growth and students success.

Submit monthly coaching and professional development hours, mileage reports, as well as other pertinent data/documentation.

Teach a 5-day graduate course each July.
