Experience and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software.

Experience in educational sales or publishing a plus.

Five years of sales or marketing experience required.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully with a variety of people.

Must fulfill legal requirements of their state of residence to rent and drive a car.

Field Educational Consultants (FEC) have the following expectations regarding travel:

· Liaise with finance and accounting to help solve any customer invoice disputes related to Benchmark reporting.

· Microsoft Office and Google experience

· Experience with Salesforce and Service Cloud preferred

Must work on our W2

· Support the Global Account Mgmt. team in processing any Benchmark data requests and licensing agreements.

Experience with Alan Bradley systems such as Rockwell Automation Factory Talk, MES, PLC, SCADA. SIEMENS

Experience with Periodic CSV Review

Experience with manufacturing GMP Automation systems

No IT resource but someone who has worked in manufacturing site preferably from manufacturing background.

Periodic review of about 35 Automation systems and can be extended further to 200 odd systems.

Once onboarded will need to plan for periodic review of all the systems in scope and then start periodic review.
