Overview An Ediscovery Sales Representative is responsible for selling electronic discovery (eDiscovery) services to clients. They must have a thorough understanding of the eDiscovery process and be able to explain it to potential customers. They must also be able to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Detailed Job Description An Ediscovery Sales Representative is responsible for selling eDiscovery services to clients. They must have a thorough understanding of the eDiscovery process and be able to explain it to potential customers. They must also be able to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, as well as identify and close sales opportunities. They must also be able to provide technical support and training to clients.
