Primary Responsibilities

Pillsbury has an immediate opening for an eDiscovery Staff Attorney in our Nashville global operations center. Our eDiscovery Staff Attorneys gain valuable experience working for prestigious clients worldwide. The successful candidate will be deploying state-of-the-art tools and techniques to review, analyze, categorize, and code large datasets during the course of litigation and investigations, and will be supporting Pillsbury's world-class case teams and industry leaders in eDiscovery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large scale document reviews, predictive coding workflows, project management, and a detailed understanding of discovery law, including the jurisprudence of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections. The ideal candidate will also have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a strong technical and analytic background, and be comfortable with statistical metrics and the use of spreadsheets and infographics. All candidates must have a bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and must be a member, or willing and eligible to become a member, of the Tennessee State Bar.
