This position can be fully remote, but will require access to the customer site as needed or as requested.

Leidos is seeking an E-Discovery Project Coordinator located in the Washington DC area. Be part of a dynamic team in providing legal and technical services to support the Division of Offices, Boards and Divisions at the Department of Justice.

This a senior level position and will responsible for coordinating technical aspects such as assisting with strategic and legal aspects for all assigned projects and matters involving electronic discovery. The eDiscovery project coordinator will be responsible for project planning, SOP development, personnel supervision, all metrics and reporting relating to the project’s activities, the execution of the quality assurance plan, management of meetings and all interface with the government and the collation and submission of all deliverables.

For this project the eDiscovery Project Coordinator shall be the most senior member of the vendor team and responsible in all ways for the successful completion of the project.

Required Skills:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a minimum 5 years’ experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges.
  • Must be proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to eDiscovery industry “best practices” including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); especially data collection, review, analytics and production.
  • 3 years experience in the fulfillment of FOIA requests for the Federal Government.
  • Advanced experience planning eDiscovery efforts, managing client expectations, and working with clients to minimize their risk exposure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Two or more years of experience in the use of the NUIX eDiscovery system, both Workstation and Investigate, in performing eDiscovery work is preferred.
  • Current Public Trust or higher security clearance
  • Graduate degrees strongly preferred along with eDiscovery related technical certifications.
  • Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment.
  • Certification in eDiscovery program preferred.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
