Division Vice President Operations Jobs

Provide regular reports to the Corporate office regarding division activities.

Must have Manufacturing Sector Experience

Minimum 5 to 7 years of previous experience in Construction and/or Construction Management

Delegates work according to employees’ abilities and skills.

Prepares, and/or manages and operates within approved budgets established for all departments under Construction Operations. Monitors and protects company assets.

Develops proper department organization balancing team members' capabilities while creating opportunities for employee growth.

Provides continuous coaching regarding functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors).

Previous leadership role in managing construction/homebuilding project managers preferred.

Oversee asset management system (EMAX) to include implementation and training for field staff in assigned division.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Manage Capital request/budget and planning for assigned division.

Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

This is a remote position with 25% travel.

Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance procedures, security and any additional programs and make changes to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

Five years' management experience in a service industry.

Involvement in the sales process or sales management.

Develops and manages account planning processes and tools; provides support and technical expertise to client leadership teams.

Customer service experience visiting clients on a regular basis.

Previous P&L and operational experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated team building, coaching and mentoring skills.

A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in an operations management position in an industrial distribution environment.

Must have 10+ years of operational excellence/management experience.

5 years of experience in the implementation of distribution optimization systems including Paragon.

Must be able to manage by influence.

Experience tracking and monitoring key performance indicators as well as identifying key areas to improve those KPI’s.

Full understanding of the capabilities of Paragon or other Distribution software and a proven track record of successful implementation.
