The Diversity Equity Inclusion and Health Intern will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the development and implementation of initiatives to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and health in the workplace.
• Assisting with the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assisting with the development of training materials and programs to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and health in the workplace.
• Assisting with the development of communications materials to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and health in the workplace.
• Assisting with the development of metrics and reporting to track progress in meeting diversity, equity, inclusion, and health goals.
• Assisting with the development of strategies to engage employees in diversity, equity, inclusion, and health initiatives.
• Assisting with the development of programs and initiatives to support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of diverse talent.
• Assisting with the development of programs and initiatives to support the health and well-being of employees.
