The Diversity Equity Inclusion and Health Intern is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of initiatives to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and health in the workplace. The intern will work closely with the Diversity Equity Inclusion and Health team to ensure that the organization is meeting its goals and objectives in these areas.

Detailed Job Description:

The Diversity Equity Inclusion and Health Intern will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the development and implementation of initiatives to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and health in the workplace.
• Assisting with the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assisting with the development of training materials and programs to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and health in the workplace.
• Assisting with the development of communications materials to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and health in the workplace.
• Assisting with the development of metrics and reporting to track progress in meeting diversity, equity, inclusion, and health goals.
• Assisting with the development of strategies to engage employees in diversity, equity, inclusion, and health initiatives.
• Assisting with the development of programs and initiatives to support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of diverse talent.
• Assisting with the development of programs and initiatives to support the health and well-being of employees.
