Strong program and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to operationalize and scale programs focused on this space.

Design and lead implementation of employee resource groups, including nomination, selection, event management, communication, success metrics and business influence.

3 years validated experience working specifically in DE&I work, leading and running programs and initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.

Represent the company at various forums and events, consistently role modeling our values and behaviors.
