Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously.

Minimum one (1) years’ experience initiating and developing projects/programs/initiatives in a complex organization

Minimum one (1) years’ of training and facilitation experience

Minimum one (1) years’ experience working in healthcare industry

Experience in one or more of the following: health equity, inclusive workforce, instructional delivery, and/or community engagement

Proven analytical and critical thinking skills

Training and Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and impactful DEI training programs, workshops, and educational resources.

5 years of experience in a DEI leadership role, preferably nonprofit or social services organization.

Cultural competence: Strong understanding of, and experience working with diverse communities, including communities of color, LGBTQ+, and other underrepresented groups.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Manager

Assists with the CA CASA Annual Conference and other Events as assigned.

Oversee the budget allocated for DEI initiatives, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
