Develop PCP’s and checklists to insure requirements are met.

Bachelor’s degree in food/dairy science, engineering, finance, and/or supply chain.

0-3 years’ experience in manufacturing, distribution, and/or operations.

Proven leadership experience in a team environment.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding and following documentation requirements.

Taking a proactive approach to safety on the job site by Using the Stop Work Authority as necessary.

Understanding, monitoring, assessing, and reporting on painting and coating activities and items.

Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on backfill activities.

Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on cleanup operations.

Understanding and using inspector tools for communication and documentation.

Partnering closely with product, engineering, technology, and partnerships teams to help manage some of our most important financial institution partners.

4-8 years of experience in a strategy, operations, or partnerships role.

Strong analytical and presentation-building skills.

Rolling up your sleeves and learning about a wide-range of topics across technology, product and business.

Working in a highly-collaborative and cross-functional environment that feels different each dayLearning about how Plaid’s technology works under the hood.

Figuring out new ways to make things run better across teams and managing complex projects.

Excellent organizational, time, and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently

Support the Partnerships team by providing project management and cross-functional support in the launch of new partnerships

Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, advertising, strategy, media research, finance, or consulting

Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills

Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency in summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides

Previous experience in advertising sales, a media/tech company or consulting/investment banking preferred

Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00pm to 06:00am )

Be able to work and stand for 12 hrs

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment

Proficiency/level C in English. Working knowledge/level B in French desirable.
