Provide customer feedback to store Management

Provide customers accurate sales information (e.g. cannabis product features, pricing discounts, special offers, after-sales services, etc.)

Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

2+ years of experience in a retail management environment

Supervise activities of the provisioning center team in conjunction with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

Education staff on cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains industry-wide and in the store

2+ years of cannabis related retail experience preferred

Proven successful experience as a retail leader

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager:

POS experience including accurate daily cash and debit handling procedures

Must pass all required background checks including state specific cannabis employment requirements

Abides and files all required records for controlled substances according to State Agency regulations.

Accurate prescription entry into pharmacy software and proper labeling of dispensable product.

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Engage customers warmly, creating a best-in-class experience that fosters lasting relationships and trust.

Possess in-depth knowledge of all available products, providing accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Verify patient status through the state repository, maintaining compliance with legal requirements.

Demonstrate meticulous data entry and record-keeping in patient profiles for seamless customer interactions.

2+ years of high-volume retail, or hospitality experience preferred.

Show a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all visitors to the dispensary.

Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research.

Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.

Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities, including the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to stand for long periods of time, but the Organization will make reasonable accommodations.

Ability to pass a state and federal background check, as well as possession of a New Mexico Driver’s license.

Ensure all online orders are fulfilled accurately and ready for pick-up on time.

Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each customer by explaining the potential benefits of the Cannabis products offered.

Communicate any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately.

Assist management staff in ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards.

Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.

Perform all other duties as directed by supervisor and/or executive management

Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service in retail.

Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures.

Knowledge of marijuana strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market a huge plus.

Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
