Dispatch Support Representative 1 Jobs

Under general supervision, performs clerical duties designed to assist the Resource Management (Dispatch, ERT, and Scheduling) department in performing their duties.

Experience handling safety-sensitive INBOUND emergency calls.

Good oral and written communication skills are required.

Prepares reports of a recurring nature using both manual and automated records

Answer gas leak line and create gas leak orders Facilitate emergency appointments

Contact customers to provide appointment updates and/or reschedule missed appointments.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 12 months' customer service experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Pay: $18 - $19.50 / hour (mid-range) depending on experience

Experience working in a remote workforce

Ability to document new issues, FAQs, and resolutions for a robust knowledge base.

Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new product offered

Prior help desk experience providing software support to external customers

Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to tackle a problem using a logical, systematic sequential approach

Brightree Pharmacy software application experience preferred

Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, peers, and clients.

Working knowledge of DOT and Hours-of-Service (HOS) regulations for Commercial operators.

Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills required.

0-2 years dispatch, call center or logistics/supply chain experience

Communicate with drivers and installers to ensure timely delivery to Fidelitone Last Mile customers

Communicate with schedulers and warehouse personnel to verify accurate staging, delivery and removal of freight for Fidelitone clients.

Experience working in a remote workforce

4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience with database concepts, web-based technologies, and operating systems

Excellent trouble-shooting and analytical skills, desire to solve problems and make things work

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
