Job Description
  • Position Summary


Pay: $18 - $19.50 / hour (mid-range) depending on experience


Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday position. The hours are 12:00pm to 6:30pm. Rotating holidays.


The Administrative Support Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and/or multiple teams.


Job Responsibilities Include


  • Customer service
  • Answering incoming calls, dispatch
  • Organizing and prioritizing requests for patient care items
  • Data collection
  • Monitors Epic bed board
  • This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months' customer service experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to sort and file accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to type routine correspondence, forms, reports, etc.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • License/Certifications: N/A
