Detailed Job Description The Dishwasher Utility is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment. This includes washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items in hot water and detergent, rinsing them in hot water, and sanitizing them in a sanitizing solution. The Dishwasher Utility is also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and counters. The Dishwasher Utility is also responsible for disposing of all waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Job Skills Required
