Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation.
Unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas.
Sanitize all trolleys, carriers’ oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage.
Perform other duties as assigned by unit Supervisors.

This includes washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items in hot water and detergent, rinsing them in hot water, and sanitizing them in a sanitizing solution. The Dishwasher Utility is also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and counters. The Dishwasher Utility is also responsible for disposing of all waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Job Skills Required
