This includes washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items in hot water and detergent, rinsing them in hot water, and sanitizing them in a sanitizing solution. The Dishwasher Utility is also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and counters.
