Overview Dishwasher Utility is a position responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment. This position is typically found in restaurants, hotels, and other food service establishments. The Dishwasher Utility is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations. Detailed Job Description The Dishwasher Utility is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment. This includes washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items in hot water and detergent, rinsing them in hot water, and sanitizing them in a sanitizing solution. The Dishwasher Utility is also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and counters. The Dishwasher Utility is also responsible for disposing of all waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Job Skills Required
