5 years of Project/Program management experience - 2+ years of experience supporting education or nonprofit initiatives in a similar environment

The Program Manager will provide project and program management on cross-organizational philanthropic and educational initiatives.

Writing, updating, managing, and executing SOPs for relationship management best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (PR & FAQ experience a plus)

Experience working in or with finance, communications, marketing, public relations, and/or public policy to achieve shared goals

Experience supporting volunteer programs, including working with nonprofits, creating resources/tutorials, and engaging with employees/teams to provide ongoing support.

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

Prior experience in customer success or support account-management roles.

Manage technical break/fix relationships with key strategic customers, their product teams and various stakeholders.

1+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

2+ years of experience working with Power BI level (300-400 or equivalent certificates), DataMarts, Dataflows, Power Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).

Experience with a technical role with exposure to customer side troubleshooting.
