Lead the overall recruiting team

Sourcing candidates through cold source programs and promotion of referral program(s)

Tracking candidates sourced by other team members

Driving a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to recruiting success

Creating candidate profiles in our CRM (SmartOffice) and candidate portal

Managing all scheduling of candidate meetings

Creating, printing & distributing Candidate Meeting Packets

Occasional travel is required to participate in hiring events and to meet with management in other office locations

Promote the benefits of office growth and recruiting successes within the office

Be knowledgeable on information and language regarding all aspects of the financial representative career and each step of the selection process

Participate in company and industry training programs and work to improve the recruiting and selection skills of the entire leadership team

May include the oversight of contract and licensing responsibilities

Strong communication skills required with the ability to build rapport and influence others

Maintain knowledge of personal details related to PSA’s and their circle of influence

Work with life skills to facilitate and develop campus student-athlete life skills enhancement opportunities

Complete all University and departmental requirements associated with recruiting expenses (e.g., travel, visits)

Knowledgeable of NCAA rules, especially relating to Bylaw 13 – Recruiting

Adhere to department requirements on exclusivity of Nike brand

Responsible for overseeing all women’s basketball recruiting operations. Provide daily administrative support to assistant coach serving as recruiting coordinator

· Facilitating all interview processes and overseeing the onboarding and orientation of all new attorney hires.

· Developing fruitful partnerships with search firms and law school recruiting contacts.

· Managing and mentoring junior team members, including hiring new recruiting professionals as needed.

· Reviewing recruitment statistics and identifying ways to enhance systems and processes.

· Promoting the diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives of the firm.

· Proactive work ethic with the ability to maintain discretion in all appropriate situations.

Assist Hiring Managers and recruiters with interview technology questions to ensure a positive interview experience and increased user adoption

Outstanding judgment and decision-making skills, excellent critical thinking abilities

Monitor interview scheduling activity and escalate issues that may impact candidate experience

Exceptional communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications with all levels of the organization

Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve issues

Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and executing responsibilities with minimal errors

Workflow management skills – ability to effectively utilize CRM systems and databases.

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective customers by offering ideas, insights, and solutions that will maximize success.

Bachelor's Degree and demonstrated relevant recruitment experience.

Prior experience and proven track record in managing and mentoring staff.

5-12 years of successful agency recruiting experience
