Director Of Teacher Support – Chicago Jobs

Manage field activities and implement engineering changes

Previous experience deploying, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing equipment and systems

1-2 years of B2B client facing experience

Experience with one of C/C++, Python, or Javascript

Windows and Linux experience required - Ubuntu preferred

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field experience (minimum 2 years)

Collaborate with onboarding and account management teams

Experience selling SaaS solutions in the digital ad space

5+ years digital media & SaaS experience, highly familiar with the DSP and programmatic space as well as ad agency ecosystem

Experience in a client facing presentations and enterprise sales

Excellent presentation and communication abilities including being able to communicate complicated technical concepts and features to non-technical audiences

Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization

Experience in complex, large-scale project management ( Required )

Implement a project management plan to move work forward and ensure we are on track to meeting our project milestones.

Conduct research on the local and statewide educational landscape at the secondary and postsecondary level to inform our growth strategy.

Support the execution of a go-to-market strategy that drives our transition to a statewide region with new program offerings.

Lived experience of the Fellows we serve (Preferred)

Experience or interest in sales, growth, and partnership strategy

Liaise with and support the James Scholar faculty director for the Chicago campus.

Liaise with and support the Craig Fellowship faculty director for the Chicago campus.

Track program expenditures and conduct analyses to provide recommendations to Assistant Dean for budget proposals and adjustments.

Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
