Manage channel strategy and brand presentation at retail; determine assortment, product lifecycles and pricing across various retailers and sales channels

Build framework for future sales team structure and make key hires over time; Manage any broker relationships

Experience selling to retailers in grocery, pharmacy, sporting goods, club, and other priority channels.

Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills (in person and virtual).
