Director Project Operations Jobs in New York

Significant project management experience (at least 10 years)

Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. agile/Scrum)

Cost and risk management skills

Experience in designing and executing agile and iterative project management processes that accelerate the execution of strategic frameworks and goals.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree in Business or Management a plus

Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management and operations management roles, preferably in healthcare, hospital, clinical, pharma or medical diagnostics industries.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Foster effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Implement and maintain effective systems for inventory management, procurement, and supply chain optimization.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ten years of project management experience, ideally within the construction field at the leadership level

· Partner closely at the Executive Management level to maintain and drive operational results.

· Ensure standard Project Management methodologies are followed and evolve as delivery needs change.

· Innovation of project management tools and templates

· Team Management – oversight of multiple teams inclusive of Project Management, Engineering, Installation Services.

· Excellent grasp of fundamental project management concepts, tools, and techniques

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in luxury/fine jewelry or retail with progressive project management and operations expertise

Must possess strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and process management skills

Work with the teams on developing the FoundRae way in terms of project management and executing to plans.

Project Management Certificate a plus

Microsoft Office, advanced excel and presentation skills. Previous experience with NetSuite a plus
