Overview The Director of Project Finance is responsible for providing financial guidance and support to project teams in order to ensure successful completion of projects. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing project budgets, monitoring project costs, and providing financial analysis and reporting. Detailed Job Description

The Director of Project Finance will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and managing project budgets, including cost estimates, cash flow projections, and cost control systems
• Monitoring project costs and providing financial analysis and reporting
• Analyzing project financials and providing guidance to project teams
• Developing and managing financial models for project evaluation
• Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
• Negotiating project financing terms with lenders
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Developing and maintaining relationships with lenders, investors, and other financial partners

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
