The Director of Project Finance will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and managing project budgets, including cost estimates, cash flow projections, and cost control systems
• Monitoring project costs and providing financial analysis and reporting
• Analyzing project financials and providing guidance to project teams
• Developing and managing financial models for project evaluation
• Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
• Negotiating project financing terms with lenders
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Developing and maintaining relationships with lenders, investors, and other financial partners
